We had the honor of interviewing Isaiah to kick off our newest blog project, Small Business Spotlight. Isaiah Stephens is a videographer, photographer, and business owner in the Tampa Bay area. Founder and CEO of Zaedizzy Media starts us off with the quote, “Music will save your soul, and has already saved mine.”
Isaiah found his passion for content creation in high school, which led him to study the profession at the University of Tampa. When Isaiah first started making content for clients, he spent all his time making photographic and cinematographic content. He soon realized that his clients didn’t know how to effectively use the content to drive brand awareness and sales. From then, he shifted to creating content with a broader understanding of digital marketing.
Stephens puts the client’s best interest first, ensuring his agency is the right fit from the beginning. He uses the “Iron Triangle” method which explains that businesses must meet two of the following criteria to build trust: Speed, Quality, and Price. By delegating tasks to his team and staying up to date on CRM and CMS systems, Isaiah runs his agency like a well-oiled machine.
Like most small business owners, Stephens finds that work/life balance is hard to accomplish. Isaiah said he’s had his challenges, “But, having an unwavering support system around me, in addition to feelings of gratitude and vocation towards life as a whole, has kept me moving forward with purpose, excitement, and fulfillment.” Through it all, remembering the “why” behind the work he does keeps him chasing the grind.
Stephens has already met his original goal; he’s made a living doing what he loves, working with legendary acts like Stephen Marley and the Marley Brothers, along the way. In life, he’s always looking forward to the road ahead, aspiring to become a Professor at Stanford University as a Doctor of Philosophy in Gender Studies & Race Relations in the next 20 years.

Outside of the business world, Isaiah continues to evolve to become the best version of himself and learn to love living, for the sake of living. He closes our interview with, “life is intrinsically beautiful,” reminding us all to stop and appreciate the world around us. You can find more information on Stephens and Zaedizzy Media, here.
